By submitting an order to The Sticker Lab (the “Company”), you (the “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company:
1. **Reservation of Rights to Refuse or Cancel Orders**
The Company reserves the absolute and unfettered right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to refuse to accept, process, produce, or fulfill any order at any time and for any reason, without liability, including but not limited to orders containing content that the Company, in its judgment, determines to be:
- Highly controversial;
- Sexually explicit, suggestive, or pornographic;
- Racist, discriminatory, hateful, or promoting intolerance; or
- Political in nature.
2. **No Obligation to Justify Refusal**
The Company is under no obligation to provide reasons for refusing or canceling an order under this policy.
3. **Refund Upon Refusal**
If an order is refused or canceled pursuant to this policy, the Company will issue a full refund of any payments received for the declined order within a reasonable time. Such refund constitutes the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
4. **Acknowledgment and Consent**
Placement of an order constitutes the Customer’s irrevocable acknowledgment of, and consent to, this policy. The Customer represents and warrants that all submitted content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
5. **Governing Law**
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of **Manitoba** and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
