GOVERNING LAW
Any legal action or proceeding related to or arising from your access to or use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, for customers in Canada, or the laws of the State of New York, USA, for customers in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada, for Canadian customers, or New York, USA, for U.S. customers, and agree that venue in these courts is appropriate for any such legal action or proceeding.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Sticker Lab, its licensors, suppliers, vendors, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not The Sticker Lab has been advised of the possibility of such damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the website or failure to provide services ordered from The Sticker Lab or its affiliates. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from mistakes, omissions, viruses, delays, or interruptions of service. The Sticker Lab shall not be liable for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the website or its content. The Sticker Lab reserves the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Sticker Lab and all parties from whom The Sticker Lab has licensed portions of content, including their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand resulting from your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the website.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled upon request via support ticket prior to the start of production, subject to applicable cancellation charges. A store credit or refund to the original payment method will be issued for the value of the canceled job(s), less any charges for labor (e.g., proof creation, file adjustments) or administrative fees (e.g., credit card processing fees). Refunds will comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Canada and the United States.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All turnaround times provided are estimates. While The Sticker Lab will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules, it shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from delays in shipment or delivery. Orders are shipped F.O.B. The Sticker Lab’s facility, and customers shall address any shipping issues directly with their chosen courier. The Sticker Lab is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, shipping company issues, international customs delays, or other circumstances beyond its control. Unexpected equipment failures or technical issues may delay production, but such issues will not be grounds for order cancellation unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is returned to The Sticker Lab due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, The Sticker Lab will reship the package to the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information provided at the time of order.

The Sticker Lab is not responsible for the content, changes, or updates of any linked site or for any form of transmission received from such sites. The Sticker Lab does not store or retain credit card information on its servers. All credit card transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors, such as Square or PayPal, in compliance with applicable data protection laws in Canada and the United States. The Sticker Lab only retains information related to ordered jobs, including docket number, quantity, material, and shipping details.
PRODUCTION TIME
All products are made to order, and production begins only after approval of the digital proof. Once an order is placed, The Sticker Lab will provide a digital proof for your review. Production will commence upon proof approval. Please note that production times are estimates and may vary. Large or bulk orders may require additional production time. The Sticker Lab is committed to keeping customers informed and will communicate any anticipated delays promptly. For rush orders or specific deadlines, please contact us prior to placing your order at info@thestickerlab.com.
PROOFING CONTENT
The Sticker Lab does not guarantee that PDF proofs will precisely represent the final printed product. Variations in screens or color settings between monitors may cause proofs to display differently. By approving the PDF proof, you release The Sticker Lab from liability for any issues or errors that may arise during the printing process, including but not limited to discrepancies in color, size, typographical errors, font reflow, incorrect imposition, or spelling/grammatical errors, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the proof for such issues. PDFs may not always accurately depict potential problem areas. The client agrees to accept pleasing color on the final printed product. Once the PDF proof is approved, no further changes or refunds are permitted, unless required by applicable law.
The Sticker Lab reserves the right to reject any content or materials it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of applicable laws or regulations in Canada or the United States.
