At The Sticker Lab, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality custom stickers tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are final once approved by the customer. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of verified defects.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear images showcasing the defect. Upon validation, in accordance with our Terms and Policy, we will reproduce the same order at no additional cost.

Conditions for Reproduction

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Variations in print quality, as results may differ slightly due to printing processes.
  2. Differences compared to other manufacturers' products, as printing methods vary.
  3. Errors in order specifications, such as size, color, or design, made by the customer.
  4. Changes of mind or cancellations after order approval.

Return Process

If a defect is confirmed, The Sticker Lab will cover shipping costs and provide a shipping label if necessary. Returns initiated without prior contact will not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at info@thestickerlab.com with details of the issue and supporting images. If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Timeline

Once a defect is verified, please allow up to 20 days for us to reproduce and ship your replacement order.
